Our life often comes down to the subconscious programs and lessons we learnt between the ages of 0 and 7. Up to 7 years of age we learn the rules of the world and society and it stays with us for the rest of our lives

Inside our brains, we hold these beliefs, and shape our adult lives by them. They are our habits, our core understandings of the world.

As high-achieving women, we want to rule the world. But the fears, anxieties and beliefs are ruling the part of the brain responsible for us making decisions. It is totally possible to change all of this, but it takes work, dedication to uncovering our stories, and constant vigilance to build new and amazing ways of seeing ourselves and the world.
