Wellfulness is a multivendor marketplace and shipping times, costs and refund policies are defined by each individual vendor and will be outlined in the product description.

All products sold under the Wellfulness brand are free shipping within Australia
For all international orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are shipping to, what is being shipped and how quickly you wish to receive your package. Please contact us at email@example.com before placing an order outside Australia so we can give you a proper shipping quote dependent on the destination and the time the order is placed.
Processing and Shipping Times
For all products under the Wellfulness brand, please allow a processing time of 2 to 3 business days from the time of placing your order for your order to ship. Ritual boxes may take a little longer to pack to make sure all items arrive in optimal condition.
Shipping providers and delivery systems are facing high volume of deliveries due to COVID-19, your order may take longer than usual to arrive once shipped and Wellfulness cannot be held responsible for such delays as it is outside our control. We will make sure we keep you updated with tracking details. We recommend following your tracking closely to stay informed regarding your order.
Returns and Refunds
Good customer service is one of our core values, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, bath salts, sage sticks, smudge sticks, jewellery and crystals sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately. All damages must be reported to our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your product. The merchandise must be shipped back to us within 5 days at your expense. Once we received your return, we will refund your original method of purchase, and it can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution. Shipping charges are not refundable.
